著者がTinder上で「日記」と名乗り、マッチした相手に自分の日記を送り、相手の日記も送ってもらうという実践から生まれた作品です。
私家版ZINEのデザインに続き、タバブックスから商業出版される際に装丁を担当。
表紙はこの稀有で尊い繋がりをイメージして、ディスプレイの発光を焼き付けた２つのスマホがぼんやりと柔らかく繋がっていくグラフィックを制作しました。

Tinder Lemon Cake Effect / Riko Hayama (Tababooks)
This work was born out of an experiment in which the author, going by the name “Diary” on Tinder, sent their diary entries to matches and asked them to send theirs in return.
Following my work on the design of the self-published ZINE, I was responsible for the book design when it was commercially published by Tababooks.
For the cover, I created a graphic depicting two smartphones—their screens glowing—blurring together softly to symbolize these rare and precious connections.
